Our Faculty was represented at the Culinary Forum held in Antalya on February 17-18, 2026, by the Head of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasibe Yazıt, and faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emrah Örgün.
The forum, which aimed to bring together public, industry, and academic stakeholders in the field of gastronomy with students, addressed topics such as gastronomy tourism, sustainable culinary practices, and industry-university collaborations. By attending the sessions, we listened to presentations from expert speakers and learned about current industry expectations.
We believe that our participation in this event will contribute to our faculty’s educational activities and the professional development of our students. We will continue to participate in such organizations that strengthen university-industry interaction and share the knowledge and experience we gain with our students. We thank the organizing committee for organizing this important event and inviting our faculty.
