Faculty of Tourism was established as a 4-year High School in 2009 by the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 15661. Our school has been transformed into a faculty with the Presidential Decree No. 7477 published in the Official Gazette No. 32269 dated 04/08/2023. In terms of academic structure, our Faculty, which consists of 3 departments: Tourism Guidance Department, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department and Recreation Management Department, offers undergraduate education as well as three different postgraduate programs: Recreation Management Master’s Degree with Thesis, Tourism Management Master’s Degree with Thesis and Tourism Management Non-Thesis Master’s Degree. is taking. As of 2023, there are 15 academic and 8 administrative personnel working in our faculty, including 9 Associate Professors, 4 Doctoral Lecturers, 1 Lecturer and 1 Research Assistant.

Educational activities continue in our faculty with 8 classrooms, 1 computer laboratory, 1 Application Kitchen, 1 Recreation Workshop and 1 graduate class.

Ahmet Muhip Dıranas Practice Hotel, which is affiliated with our faculty, serves local and foreign tourists as well as the education process. Pratik Hotel has a total of 63 rooms, 58 standard and 5 suites, and a bed capacity of 135 people. It also hosts many events and conferences with its conference hall for 238 people, meeting room for 50 people and work offices.
