Our students, with the participation of our faculty’s Recreation Management Department Head Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ercan Karaçar and department faculty members, organized an environmental cleaning event in the Akliman region as part of their volunteer work. The students aimed to increase environmental awareness by collecting garbage in the region in order to draw attention to the protection of nature.

Our Rector Prof. Dr. Şakir Taşdemir and Vice Rector and also our Dean Prof. Dr. Rıza Bayrak, who participated in the event, supported our students. Our Rector emphasized the importance of such social responsibility projects and congratulated them for the exemplary behavior shown by the students.
